Lenore Elmgrene Ruiz, a creative writing professor at Q College has been trying to get pregnant for almost two years. Things take a turn for the worse when Lenore's doctor pinpoints the cause of her infertility. Unable to afford in vitro fertilization, Lenore turns to her personal assistant as a cheap alternative to gestational surrogacy.
