Champagne

'Champagne' - is a feature film centered on the veritable history on the discovery of Champagne, complemented by a fictional account which follows the engaging journey and ownership of some of the original bottles and yields that arose from the cellars of French Monk, Dom Perignon. From Perignon, to the King of France, to the Thieves that start the chain reaction, the storyline follows the bottles through the journey of its many fascinating owners. With each transfer of ownership, more and more bottles fall victim to consumption or folly. Until finally one last bottle, one of the first bottles of champagne ever created ends up being discovered in the year 2015.
