Nearly Forgotten

Thirty years after a Vietnam Veteran's already marred life was struck by another nearly insurmountable tragedy he returns to an isolated spot in the Rocky Mountains. It was there he owned a Nearly Forgotten diner and attempted to hide and shelter his loved ones from life's pain. Over the years his mind focused on one unforgettable day in 1983 when a young, special-needs woman entered the diner. Her entrance served as a catalyst for him and his loved ones to view life in a simpler, brighter light, a light they would carry in their hearts throughout their lives and that grew in brightness for the tormented man over the years.
