Featured in my stop-motion animation is a young girl in the rural landscape. The natural world beckons and she listens. She is aroused by the environment: forest and moss, water algae green and cerulean blue. A gesture as casual as grabbing a branch or stepping foot in a grassy patch become highly stimulating, mesmerizing acts. Nature adopts an omniscient, omnipresent role, serving both as an observer and metaphysical guide to a young girl's curiosity.
