The Button is the story of Wade, a prisoner who is allowed parole from his life sentence in prison to work on a secretive utopian city building project in the middle of the Pacific ocean. But when Wade makes a reckless mistake, he is faced with the choice of being demoted or sent back to prison for life, Wade takes matters into his own hands as he sets out to fix his error.
