Cobalt

Cobalt is a dark, claustrophobic labyrinth of a city plagued by organized crime. Scott Samson, a P.I. with a dark past, is hired to find a high value item, the 'Emerald Eye', which holds significance with his past. Meanwhile, a rampant serial killer and assassin known as 'the Reaper' is following his trail. Scott Samson must find the Eye and redeem his family name, but the Reaper is never far behind.
