Thumbs Up

Following a number of murders in northern Ontario, police urge citizens to avoid interactions with strangers traveling along rural highway 48. This danger is unknown to the lonely Marvin who picks up a hitchhiker, but throughout their long drive, it becomes quickly apparent trouble is brewing.
