Using atmospheric visuals and sounds, 'Nadya' tells the story of a 14 year old Russian girl living in an environmentally devastated town populated only by women. The inhabitants attempt to revive the town, calling upon a Geologist to determine toxicity levels in the area, with the hopes the former copper factory can be re-opened. Nadya and the Geologist's lives become inextricably linked in an unexpected way.
