London 1945. Six years of war has left the city in ruins. Nazi Germany has been defeated but the ashes of its burning hatred are still fresh, the hour for revenge is now. Enter Detective Norman McGee, an old soldier from the Great War and profiteering lowlife, hired to find a German war criminal on the run in London; the high ranking SS officer Karlheinz Hoeckert of the notorious Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. His search leads him to a recently decommissioned air raid shelter, where his sources tell him Hoeckert will appear this very night. But all is not as it seems in the murky black streets of a derelict London, and something deadly is about to interfere with McGee's plans...
