Filmmaker Julie Mallozzi felt that time was slipping by too quickly. She decided to film one minute of her family's breakfast every day for a year, in an effort to capture some of those fleeting moments. The result - in which five seconds of each day's breakfast rolls by over the course of a half hour - is a striking piece about the mutability of memory, and the ephemerality of the many small moments that make up life.
