While celebrating their success in assimilating Max, a lab rat, into a highly experimental computer program, Evelyn, the lead bio-tech at TransHuman Enterprises receives news that her fiance has been in a brutal motorcycle accident. In a last stitch effort to save him, they recklessly leap forward in their research as they rush to upload his conscious mind into the machine. Evelyn is now faced with an ethical dilemma far greater than anyone could have anticipated.
