Inspired by the life and poetry of Edward Estlin Cummings, e.e. is a fictional short film about the first time he met his infant daughter, Nancy. Inspired to poetry at the sight of her, he believes he can succeed at being her father - but Nancy's mother, Elaine Thayer, feels differently.
