At Astrid Lindgrens Children's Hospital we meet three children whose lives are all about examinations, treatment, and surgery. But there is also another world...the hospital clown's world. The clowns live in hidden rooms below the hospital. In encountering the children much laughter, imagination and dreams come alive.
