Born in Mexico, Romero immigrated into the U.S. a long time ago and has worked in the public parking lot in Downtown Los Angeles for 20 years. The film consists of the conversation between Romero and a 20 year-old filmmaker Daichi Amano about how people, cars, buildings, and the city of Los Angeles have changed in the last two decades.
