In recent years fraud has exploded in Taiwan. Millions of people are affected by it while generating millions of dollars. On one such an occasion, a group of kidnappers attempts to collect a ransom for a young boy they kidnapped. The boy's family however it as a prank. Forced to take temporary care of the boy, errors, double crosses and more fraud pile-up.
