Sometimes family is all you have to fall back on. Mam's in hospital, and her three adult children - Delyth, Derwyn and Hugh - know that when she's discharged she can't carry on living alone. It's time for the family to come together and decide how to care for the person that brought them up. But Delyth and Derwyn haven't spoken for a while, and Hugh moved away from Angelsey a long time ago. The siblings need to swallow their differences and work together to transform Derwyn's flat into a comfortable abode for Mam, but can they tackle their fears at the same time?
