TIME STEPS follows a feisty troop of tap dancers who have enough sparkle to ignite fireworks. These show girls aren't your typical doe-eyed twenty-somethings. The Hot Flash Hoofers aim to compete in the 50+ age category of the Tap World Cup in Reisa, East Germany. Despite a plague of calamities throughout the dance season, it takes more than knee surgeries, costume malfunctions and fainting spells to hold them back.
