A church whose members are predominately white and is located in an urban area where the population has abruptly become minority is challenged by the pastor's eighteen year old daughter, Jessica, a former run-a-way who is now on fire for the Lord, advocating youth evangelism in the neighborhood. The elders, including the pastor, who are contemplating moving the church to a remote suburb is against the idea until a dramatic confrontation between the youth pastor and neighborhood youth illustrates how much the church is needed right where it is.
