Billy is approaching his 18th birthday and lives with foster parents. Pressure mounts on him to join the army for a more stable future, but Billy has other ideas. When his best friend discovers his secret ambition his world is thrown into turmoil. Before he can move on and fulfill his aspirations he has to deal with the scars from his past.
