As words unravel in an email, together with the typist's thoughts and feelings, the quiet tapping of the keys are the only sound, but the inner turmoil becomes increasingly loud and clear. So much is said, simply in revealing the subtext of so much that has been deleted. Writing a card over the holiday season is something which most people take for granted. But for many others, this film paints a powerful portrait of a predicament they face, with angst, every year: What to write, or how to even face their 'loved ones' over the holidays?
