Quentin Reynolds is a 43 year old self confessed coach potato. Following a bet he is pushed into training as a Professional Boxer and must get fit enough to have a fight with someone equally matched within 6 months. The Documentary follows his training and ups and downs and includes interviews with Boxers Dave Boy Green, John McDermott and a number of trainers and sports professionals that provide advice and encouragement on the way.
