In the South Bronx, New York it's hard to find fresh food. But Christopher Toole has found a way to educate the people how to breed their own Tilapia. He has been doing this for years at community center The Point. Not far away you can find the New Fulton Fish Market, the biggest in North America, where Bobby Weiss works.
