Dede paints immense works on walls and fences conveying sharp messages; Natalie Mandel produces flowers and insects from parts of old cars and sprouts electrical wires at remote street corners. The works of the two reflect nerve, optimism and a lot of humor - and the film depicts an encounter between those who choose to create in the streets.
