Bull by the Horns is a revealing film of a child and the disadvantaged world built by her parents. Having to go away for a long stretch of time, Harlan, Brad Turner, drops by the home of his ex to spend one last morning with their daughter Footsie, Sashsa Rojen. Upon finding Footsie alone, Harlan provides comfort and cherishes what little time remains. When Footsie's mother Annabelle, Marsha Regis, comes home after a night out, a maelstrom of emotions envelops us in the tumultuous world in which Footsie is being raised. Questions surface regarding the responsibility of parenthood and the innocence of children. In this unhealthy environment, is one parent to blame or should each parent look at themselves and take responsibility, what realistic opportunities do children have in this world when they have a disadvantaged upbringing.
