Beijing Crusader

Beijing Crusader tells the story of Huang Xiaoshan, a lawyer-turned-environmental activist from Beijing. Frustrated with Beijing's mounting garbage problem, Huang took matters into his own hands. This documentary follows Huang's journey to overcome the cultural and governmental hurdles as he designs and builds the first-ever 'Green House,' a community-based garbage sorting facility. Huang will have to win over the hearts and minds of the Chinese people in order to save them from themselves.
