Morlaix, France. December 2010, a few days before Christmas... Mathilde, a young woman in her twenties, meets up with her elder sister Delphine at the train station. Together they drive to their parents house. Mathilde isn't staying for Christmas as she's about to head off to South America. As familiar homely hysteria sets in, Mathilde is a rather ghostly presence in the house, she's already elsewhere. She knows something no one else knows: this is the last time she'll see them.
