First years after The New Great Depression. Dream Adventures Inc. is the company that buys up dreams and sells them worldwide. Now everyone can watch and feel something that he/she has never seen before. The job of a dream purchasing agent is to find dreamers in their assigned territory, have them sign with the company and deliver dreams from the dreamer. The Emeralds are most expensive dreams. Gary Jibbons, dream purchasing agent, meets Valerie, an extraordinary dreamer who is able to see five to seven Emeralds per month. They fall in love with each other but soon after Gary has to go up against his own company to save Valerie.
