A terminally ill man decides that the only way to leave a positive mark on his life is to make every determined effort he can to assassinate a truly evil person that has caused great harm to society. After studying all the deserving soles, he sees that this job is a need much greater than he had ever thought, and so he decides, he has to organize a team of like minded 'terminals' to continue the cause after he has gone.
