When an unemployed young woman from Hell's Kitchen and her equally unemployed immigrant boyfriend are threatened with eviction, the couple resort to desperate measures and find themselves in the middle of a real estate war -- a potentially fatal situation requiring the woman to choose between the only neighborhood she's ever known and a boyfriend who may or may not be what he appears.
