Ostrako (that means shell in Greek) is a 15 minutes short film which has been inspired by psychotherapists working with male inmates in prisons. A wounded therapist an an inmate in search of healing co-create a grotesque space of dream images, fragmented reality and confused boundaries. Actors-creators touched physically in the digital space upon themes of transference and counter transference, authenticity and attachment in therapy process. What is the difference between rehabilitation and revenge? Is there a place for play behind the prison's walls? Are the symptoms illness or the soul's calling for change?
