Opa is the biography of Luis Noboa Naranjo, a man who knew the meaning of hunger. Born into poverty, he rose above it to launch the successful Bonita Banana Company, later the Noboa Group. One man behind a private company in a third world country, competing at the same level of the big transnationals. A visionary who gave work to more than 20,000 Ecuadorians, generating 5% of the country's Gross Domestic Product, ultimately becoming one of the richest and most respected men in South America.
