The Godehardistift, affectionately called 'Godis' by the people in the district, is a seniors' residence in Hanover-Linden. It has been designed for people who spend the last part of their life in a residence or a day care center. The film is a long-term documentation about its residents and visitors and about the amount of small everyday events that make life worth living, especially for old people.
