Songzhuang used to be a small farming village on the outskirts of Beijing, now is the town of the artists, around 5000 of them from all parts of China live there. Lao Jin is a local peasant turned black taxi driver who developed a passion for the arts. His taxi is covered inside out with artists signatures and graffiti. The film explores this unique social environment through the eyes and the adventures of Lao Jin.
