Hunting for Remoteness is a documentary exploring the isolated Orkney Islands, one of the most northerly points of the United Kingdom and how it inspired the first album by The Magnetic North. It captures the trio's visit to Orkney as they experience the breathtaking sights & sounds that influenced & shaped the album. We meet many of the colourful characters that inhabit these magical faraway islands and hear their stories. This film is more than a documentary, it's a journey into how music is inspired then created, it's a journey into peoples lives and Orkney's history.
