Inspired to Explore

A documentary short where The Tree Street Youth Group of Lewiston - Auburn visit a local, state, and national park. The National Park Service and the Androscoggin Land Trust initiative is to get youth living in urban settings outside and to visit the beautiful parks close to their own homes and beyond. The youth, a majority from Somalia and other African backgrounds, explore the joy of just getting outside. The video documents the youth fishing, hiking, sailing, camping, and observing the amazing views that Maine has to offer.
