In the not so distant future, human speech has become extinct. The fascist government, known simply as BOSS fears the power of speech to incite revolt. Professor Langa Oliphant is the head of speech conservation at the University of Cape Town. Two BOSS agents are sent to take out Prof Oliphant in an effort to eliminate speech forever. It's a race against time, as Prof Oliphant tries to escape their grasp and save the wonder of speech for future generations.
