Man On Mars follows the liftoff sequence of astronaut J.T. on a 506 day solo mission to Mars. In the final seconds to takeoff, J.T. is hit by a wave of anxiety. J.T. begins to contemplate the worldly things he is leaving behind. As the countdown hits one the ship has already taken off; the disassociation from humanity is complete.
