Jamey took revenge on the organ trading organization that was responsible for killing his newly wed wife by taking out the perpetrators one by one. Now he is awaiting his execution on death row and being given his last rights by a priest. God sure moves in mysterious ways. There is a worldwide shortage of human organs available for transplantation. The horror of organ trafficking is widespread, although data on the exact scale of the organ market is difficult to obtain. This film may seem to be fiction to most, but sadly it's a reality for some.
