CUSTOMER SUPPORT is a 'horrormedy' based on several true stories about a customer support phone line that never offers any real support. Clients call from different networks with their problems and they are all re-directed to the same customer support agent named Bob. He uses a different accents for each network and never helps anyone solve their network problems. Instead he asks ridiculous questions and places everyone on hold until his shift is finished leaving behind a trail of desperate and furious people with murderous tendencies.
