The Alternates

Two detectives, Starch (John 'Spud' McConnell) and Emmalyn (Maureen Brennan McConnell), are called to investigate the mysterious death of Roman Marriott, a former Olympic gold medalist, at his party - a reunion with the former athletes he used to train with that did not make the Olympic team. Everyone becomes a suspect as each Olympic Alternate reveals how Roman has gloated over his own success and their current pitiful lives. Megan Few, Jordan Salloum, Louis Dupuy, Kate Kuen and Lydia Laine round out the cast in this comedy from HeadHunter Productions, LLC.
