Magic Spell

This animation was made using a 14 frame CG 'Wand Element' sourced from a well known wizard movie series. I was attracted to it initially as it looked like a painting splashing onto a surface. It is an attempt to use the language and tools of contemporary cinema to make something more often not there than there.
