BeeSong

This lyrical-observational film looks at the honeybee crisis in a purely visual way. Honeybees speak in a language different from humans. Much of the practice of beekeeping relies on the power of observation. I tried to keep talking at a minimum in this project, so that the audience can begin to glimpse a life form that is very different from humans. BeeSong celebrates the human honeybee connection and invites the audience to slow down and enter the world of the honeybee.
