One year after 'Scream: The Short Film' when Emma got killed in her apartment. Max, her sad boyfriend is trying to move on. It's Halloween and he and two buddies breaks into a school. But they're not alone. Someone is trying to do the same from last year. Someone will copy Ghostface and kill Max exactly one year after his girlfriend.
