Son Urfali

A young man migrates from a small village in the eastern Anatolia to Istanbul as a construction worker, but he always dreams of being a famous singer, just like Ibrahim Tatlises. A friend of him supports his struggles for this dream, for the good of both of them. Meanwhile, the main character meets a girl who works as a a teacher and they become lovers, planning to marry soon. Then the story advances in two lines; on one side, he has problems with his girlfriend due to clashes between two different cultures, and on the other side he makes efforts to show his talents to the music producers. However, his ambition to be a singer starts interfering with his relationship with both his friends and with his girlfriend, forcing him to give some decisions.
