Elisa and Benjamin have been married for over 50 years. Now retired and with their children living outside of Chile, they have devoted all their love to Emilly, a dachshund. The affection and love for this pet has led them to do crazy and unbelievable things , one of those is to celebrate the 'Birthday of Emily' in a particular party where other pets (and owners) have also been invited. Like in all children's birthday parties we can find a Piñata, a birthday cake, gifts, and fights among the guests for who will receive the most attention. This short film is a thesis about the times of loneliness in today's society, where it becomes very much alive the celebrated Mark Twain phrase: 'The more I know people, the more I love my dog'.
