A man named Robert misses his daughter Emilia so he finishes his work at a bank in New York and returns home to Boston. But he discovers in terror that Emilia got kidnapped by brutal mobsters, led by the evil Devon. A state police officer named Allen is undercover and inside Devon's gang, waiting for the right moment to fight the gangsters and save Emilia.
