Anna works as an attendant in a small spa town's hotel. She has difficulties in relating to people and, for many years, solitude has been the main aspect of her personality. This equilibrium is thus interrupted by a change of her work position, forcing Anna to deal with strangers, putting her in close contact with a man who emotionally strikers her.
