The Sky Came Down captures and portrays the power and beauty of the wind as a seminal force, yet when combined with elements of nature can cause devastation and destruction as was evident with the Tornado of 1912 which devastated the city of Regina, Saskatchewan. Inspired by this historical event the film allows the audience to experience the majestic yet devastating force of the wind through a dramatic programmatic symphonic journey expressing artistically and musically fear, catastrophic devastation and raw human emotion.
