Fritzigli is invited to his pretty cousin Annette's birthday party. Unfortunately he has no money for flowers. He asks his aunt Ursule for help but all he gets from her is a lecture. Fritzigli still goes to the party but since he cannot pay the cab driver, he invites him to lunch and introduces him as a millionaire. Love conquers all in the end and the two cousins marry.
