White Shoe

Over one hundred years ago in Southern Italy, a talented young cobbler, SALVATORE, works in cruel Mastro Tomaia's shop. DON NERO enters the shop and commissions a pair of boots. Moments later, a young rose vendor, BIANCAROSA, walks in barefoot. Moved by the sight of BIANCAROSA, Salvatore neglects Don Nero and makes a pair of white shoes for the girl. As the night proceeds, Salvatore works on the shoes for BIANCAROSA while being swept from the dark shop to a world of magic and enchantment.
